Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and drive engagement . You will be working closely with Management to develop engaging content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.

This position is part Remote and part in-Office.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our company’s brand, goals, and objectives.
  • Create compelling and engaging weekly posts for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others as required.
  • Utilize Canva to develop visually appealing graphics and content that reflect our brand’s voice and appeal to our target audience.
  • Create monthly Newsletters for our audience.
  • Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas and strategies that can help in boosting our online presence.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.

Must Have

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Lead or similar role.
  • Strong familiarity with Canva for creating social media posts, graphics, and content with a portfolio to showcase past work.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including their respective strengths and demographic trends.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, ensuring the voice, tone, and brand style are consistent.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to tweak marketing strategies based on findings.
  • Creative and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

  • Photography, videography, and editing skills are a plus.
  • Experience with additional graphic design tools is beneficial.
  • Online Ads experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
